Allianz employable is a vocational rehabilitation service, designed to work closely with you, the employer, to return injured employees back to the workplace as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Early notification is critical to the success of rehabilitation. Allianz have put rehabilitation at the heart of our response to workplace injuries. Our commitment to rehabilitation is not dependent on establishing liability and focuses on returning injured employees to good health and back to productive employment.  How does it benefit you the employer?
Free access to an online "Incident Manager" to report all incidents that occur in the workplace. Incident Manager can notify the HSE of any events which fulfil the RIDDOR requirements enabling you centralise your accident information, meet your statutory obligations and simultaneously receive the advice of an expert as to how best you can manage the situation. Employable provides a comprehensive rehabilitation assessment service to help you understand the issues surrounding your employees return to the workplace. Timely access to return to work rehabilitation programmes and medical services which will help reduce the amount of time an injured person is not at work. How does the employable service work? The service is for employees who have sustained an injury as a result of a work place based accident or illness (i.e. not for injuries that occur outside of work). It is intended to offer support for any event that leads to an absence from full normal working duties in excess of 3 working days, in other words events that require you the employer, to notify the HSE under RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995). Once an event has been logged, a screening service is provided by an independent organisation to give you an objective assessment as to the need for a rehabilitation service Should a more detailed assessment be beneficial, our partner Argent Rehabilitation will contact you to discuss how best to support the injured employee. Following your agreement, Argent Rehabilitation will contact the injured employee and they may then arrange to provide additional rehabilitation support to assist their return to work.
